Products are shipped post receipt of full payment against the order except in the case of COD.

Every package of product (Jewellery) purchased from www.Koshjewellery.com will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing.
Delivery Location :
Deliveries to suburban areas and interiors of India may take more time.
Orders can be delivered to only Residential, Commercial Location.
The delivery of the orders cannot be made to any public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels or nearby streets etc.
If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the Courier Company will make 1 additional attempt to deliver the product. In case the recipient is still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our office from where the product has been dispatched.
Koshjewellery.com will not be responsible for orders collected directly from the delivery hub or anywhere outside the delivery address.
Shipping Charges and Tracking (INDIA) :
Shipping is FREE OF COST across all over India.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from koshjewellery.com containing your tracking number and a link to the website's order-tracking page. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the website of our logistics partner and following the instructions by using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on koshjewellery.com
Express shipping will be chargeable as per the location and standard shipping with delivery time frame of approximately 2 weeks would be FREE OF COST.
All express orders are shipped via FedEx International and will arrive 4-7 days after the order is shipped which includes customs clearance. However customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country, are to be payed at the time of delivery.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so in the event of a shipment that is refused because of any unexpected reason, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery to Identified Person :
Customer have to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the mentioned below identity proofs to collect the product:
We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof
For your protection, all orders require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file.
For any customer request that entails handing over the parcel or delivery to a third person, an email confirmation for the same will be required from the buyer for the authorization of the person in question, along with his/her photo ID.
Change in Shipping Address :
- Customer can check the status & track their orders by log-in into their Account.
- Change of Shipping details can also be done at customer’s end. Once the order is created, customer can change shipping address only till the order is actually shipped from our facility. If customer wants to change shipping address, they should log in into their respective account and click on "Change Shipping Address" button, which is next to shipping address and then change the address. Such icon will be active till order status is changed to “Shipped”. Once this is done, the link that states "Change Shipping Address" will get inactive.
Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of such product.
