    What is the purchase process for Kosh jewellery?
    • Select your beautiful Jewellery and 'Add to your Shopping Bag'.
    • Apply the coupon if you have any.
    • Add gifting message if your gifting to someone special.
    • Click on 'Checkout' if you have finalized your order, else 'Continue Shopping'.
    • Enter your Email Address and Name on the Secure Checkout Screen and proceed for Billing and Shipping.
    • Enter your shipping details and continue to the Payment Options.
    • Select your Mode of Payment and Place the order.
    • You will receive an order confirmation email as well as SMS to your registered mobile and email address.

    Can I place the order by phone ?

    Sure. You can browse through our designs on the website and order your selected design by phone. Our customer Support representative would also help you place the order.

    Yes Definitely. The confirmation of your order will be sent to the email id and registered phone number that you have provided while placing the order.

    Yes all jewellery shipped by Kosh is insured for 100% value during shipping. we only ship through reputed shipping partners. Any product lost/stolen post the delivery is not our responsibility.

    How can I get the status of my order?

    You can easily track the status of order by logging in to our website and clicking on Track Order and/or an online link will be shared on your registered mail id where you can enter your order number / tracking code and track your order.

    DO we have an exchange or refund policy?
    • Yes we do have exchange and refund Policy.
    • Product return will be accepted in case of damage on receipt of the product.
    • If you wish to return or exchange the product, you may do so within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product for unworn or unused products with a deduction of 30% of the total product value. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.
    • If you want to return within 15days you can contact us via the helpline no. or email us at koshglobal@gmail.com.
    • Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, and resizing, or other alterations by a third party jeweller, will not be accepted and would not be returned or exchanged.
    • No exchange or return is accepted in case of products, which have colorstones (Precious Stones like Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, etc.)
    • Orders that are paid via gift cards will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
    • Returns and exchanges are not available for International Orders. (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India). Contact us on our helpline number or email us in case of any support if the product arrives damaged, or you have any other issue. We’ll surely help you.
    • Any product that has been designed exclusively for our client through customizations is not eligible for exchange or return.
    • Silver jewellery is not eligible for exchange or return, except in the unlikely case of damage on delivery.
    • In case the value of the new product is higher than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be paid by the customer. In case the value of the new product is lesser than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be held as credit for future purchases.
    • Return shipping would be taken care of, with no additional charges or hassles.

    Do we have refund Policy?
    • All Refunds shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within the 21 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of previous transaction, after deducting the bank charges, and other miscellaneous charges.
    • In cases of refunds under 15 days return policy, refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team.
    •  In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable and only actual payment made would be considered
    • Part payments received against customized jewellery are not refunded.

    DO i have to pay the money for shipping the product back to you?

    We provide FREE Return Shipping facility. You will get complimentary return shipping on refunds or exchanges for all products within the 15 day return policy.

    What are your Payment modes?
    • We accept secure payment for both Indian and international customers via credit cards, debit cards, net banking using the Razor pay, payU, easy pay, payment gateways. Payments are also accepted through PayPal, Google pay, paytm. Other than that we also accept offline payments via RTGS, NEFT, Cheque and bank deposits.
    • COD option is available to select cities upto an amount of INR 50000/-

Product Sizing

    What if the ring does not fit me?

    You can simply place the order with a ring size that you think is right for you. Then you can contact our team and share your order number. We will dispatch a free ring sizer for you that will reach you in 1-2 business days. In the meantime we will process the ring’s early stage. Once you confirm the exact ring size, we will then mould the ring according to that ring size. Note:This service is applicable on orders within India only.

    Is it possible to order the ring size that is not available on the Site?

    Definitely. Ring of different size can be ordered. However we request you to get in touch with our Customer service Team.
